Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and cu999 ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform"), governing your access to and use of the cu999 website located at https://cu999.io and all associated services, products, features, and content offered therein, including but not limited to sports betting, live casino, slot games, crash games, and fishing arcade titles.

cu999 reserves the right to request age and identity verification documents from any player at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by cu999 will result in account suspension until verification is completed.

Account Registration & Verification

To access the full range of cu999 services, you must create a player account. During the registration process, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid mobile number registered in your name in Bangladesh.

You warrant that all information provided during registration is true, accurate, and not misleading. You must promptly update your account information if any details change. cu999 is not responsible for any loss or inconvenience arising from your failure to keep your account information current.

One Account Policy: Each individual player is permitted to maintain only one active cu999 account. The registration of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different email addresses, phone numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. If cu999 identifies multiple accounts belonging to the same individual, all such accounts will be suspended, bonus winnings will be forfeited, and the matter may be referred to the relevant authorities.

Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification: cu999 is committed to operating a safe and compliant platform. As part of our KYC process, we may request identity documents including a valid National ID Card (NID), passport, or other government-issued identification, as well as proof of address and proof of payment method ownership. KYC verification is typically required before processing a player's first withdrawal and may be requested at other times at cu999's discretion.

Players who have not completed KYC verification may have withdrawal requests delayed or suspended until satisfactory documentation is provided. cu999 will never share your KYC documentation with third parties except where required by applicable law or regulation.

Account Security

cu999 will never contact you to request your password, PIN, or full payment card details by email, SMS, or telephone. If you receive any such request purportedly from cu999, treat it as fraudulent and report it to us immediately.

Deposits

cu999 accepts deposits exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). All account balances, bets, and winnings are denominated in BDT. We do not accept deposits in foreign currencies, and no currency conversion is performed on the platform.

The following payment methods are currently accepted for deposits on the cu999 platform: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and player verification tier. Withdrawals

Players may request withdrawal of their available balance at any time, subject to the conditions set out in these Terms. A balance is considered "available" for withdrawal if it consists of deposited funds or confirmed winnings that are not subject to any active wagering requirement, pending verification hold, or other restriction.

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Maximum single withdrawal amounts and daily withdrawal limits are displayed in your account dashboard and may vary based on your verification tier and payment method.

Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been verified as belonging to the account holder. cu999 reserves the right to require matching of deposit and withdrawal methods — for example, if you deposited via bKash, your withdrawal may be required to be processed to the same bKash number up to the value of that deposit.

Processing times for approved withdrawals are as follows: bKash and Nagad withdrawals for fully verified accounts are typically processed within 10 minutes. Bank transfers to Bangladeshi banks are typically processed within 1–3 hours during business hours. cu999 does not charge withdrawal fees; however, your payment provider may apply standard transaction charges.

cu999 reserves the right to delay or withhold any withdrawal pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification, investigation of suspected fraud or bonus abuse, or compliance with any legal or regulatory obligation. Players will be notified of any withdrawal hold and the reason for it via email or support message.

Bonuses & Promotions

cu999 offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible players from time to time, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free bet credits, cashback offers, and tournament prizes. All bonuses are subject to these general Terms and to the specific terms and conditions of the individual promotion, which are published on the relevant promotion page.

Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, the following general bonus conditions apply to all cu999 promotions:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before any withdrawal can be made. The applicable wagering requirement is stated in the individual promotion terms. Only bets placed with real money balance (not bonus balance) count towards wagering requirements unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Validity Period: All bonuses have an expiry date. Bonus funds not used and wagering requirements not completed within the stated validity period will be automatically forfeited without notice.
• Game Contributions: Different game types may contribute different percentages toward wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%, while live casino games may contribute a lower percentage. Specific contribution rates are detailed in the individual promotion terms.
• Maximum Bet: While a wagering requirement is active on your account, the maximum single bet permitted is ৳2,000 or 10% of the bonus amount, whichever is lower. Bets placed in excess of this limit may result in bonus forfeiture.
• One Bonus Per Promotion: Each player is entitled to claim each promotion once only, unless otherwise stated. Attempts to claim the same promotion multiple times using multiple accounts will be treated as a violation of these Terms.

cu999 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time and without prior notice. cu999 also reserves the right to void bonus credits and associated winnings in the event of suspected bonus abuse, including but not limited to low-risk hedging strategies, use of multiple accounts, or exploitation of promotion mechanics in a manner inconsistent with fair play.

Betting & Gaming Rules

All betting and gaming activity on the cu999 platform is governed by the specific rules applicable to each product category, as published in the relevant help and rules sections of the platform. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the applicable rules before placing any bet or playing any game.

In the event of a technical error or system malfunction that affects the outcome of a bet or game session, cu999 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the players' accounts. cu999 will not be liable for any loss of winnings or anticipated winnings resulting from a technical error.

cu999 reserves the right to limit, restrict, or close any betting market at any time and without prior notice, including in response to market movements, match-fixing concerns, or other integrity-related matters. Any bets already placed on a closed market will be settled in accordance with the specific rules applicable to that market.

Void Bets: A bet may be declared void (and the stake returned) in certain circumstances, including: the relevant event being abandoned or postponed beyond the stated deadline; a clear pricing error on the part of cu999; or any other circumstance specified in the applicable betting rules. The decision of cu999 on whether to void a bet is final.

Settlement of Bets: Sports bets are settled using official results from the relevant governing body of the sport in question. In the event of a dispute regarding the result of an event, cu999 will use all reasonable endeavours to verify the result using multiple independent sources before settling the bet. Settlement decisions made by cu999 are final and binding.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the cu999 platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances and pending withdrawals, and may result in legal action and reporting to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false personal information during registration or KYC verification; using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment methods; impersonating another person.
• Multiple Accounts: Creating or using more than one player account, whether in your own name or under another identity, for the purpose of circumventing restrictions, claiming multiple bonuses, or any other purpose.
• Collusion: Cooperating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market, including but not limited to chip dumping in poker and coordinated live casino strategies.
• Use of Automated Tools: Using bots, automated betting software, scripts, or any other automated means to place bets or interact with the platform. All activity on cu999 must be conducted manually by a human player.

• Match Fixing and Insider Betting: Placing bets using material non-public information about an event, or placing bets on events you have influenced or have knowledge of a fixed outcome.
• Chargebacks: Initiating any fraudulent chargeback or payment dispute in respect of a deposit made to a cu999 account. All chargeback attempts will be investigated and reported to payment providers and relevant authorities.

cu999's total liability to you in connection with any single claim arising from these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total value of deposits made by you to your cu999 account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude cu999's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.
